Something About Spring 1

This first piece is the most delicate. Her movements are the softest with the quaintest bits of color.
This first piece is our introduction to the rest. She’s just a yawn and a few blinks but without her, the next two couldn’t come as vibrantly into focus.

The title “Something About Spring” may feel arbitrary but it is obscurity which best defines these pieces.  Expressions, feelings, impressions, thoughts, intangible whispers inside ourselves, are seldom independent. I’ve found that some of the most mystifying moments I’ve experienced cannot be exclusively defined.

I quite enjoy their enigmatic nature. It gives us space to feel instead of figure out, to experience instead of explain. 

These are the spaces I hope Art never ceases to create.
